Methodology

FindMyDataOnline is a data-visibility workflow. We scan configured broker sources, evaluate likely matches, and present opt-out links for user-led manual requests.

How matching works

• Build broker-specific search targets from profile inputs (name, location, phone, email when supported).
• Collect candidate listing URLs using recipe patterns and fallback strategies.
• Score each candidate by evidence signals such as first/last name, location, and optional age/middle-name flags.
• Present confidence labels and evidence so users can manually verify each result.

Limitations

• Some brokers use anti-bot systems, paywalls, or challenge pages that limit automated verification.
• Results are probabilistic and should be reviewed manually before action.
• Broker pages and opt-out flows can change over time.

No automatic removals

The product does not submit opt-out requests automatically. Users remain in control and submit each opt-out request directly on the broker site.
